Senior IT / Business Analysts

We’re on the lookout for a Senior IT / Business Analysts who will join our R&D Team that is developing new features which simplifies monitoring and troubleshooting of complex systems. 

What we offer:

  • Great salary: 14,000 -18,000 gross (UoP)

Responsibilities: 

  • Engaging in building the right solution which meets the clients technical and business requirements.
  • Supporting Product & Dev team specifying changes, answering questions, guiding the team to the right technical decisions. 
  • Managing R&D processes – conducting research in the field of IT systems and impacts of errors on their operations
  • Interpreting and reporting R&D efforts – conducting analysis, building knowledge, verifying and synthesising R&D work and reports
  • Having time (and even duty) to learn all the shiny and hot new technologies and supporting your team by sharing best practices

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of Computer Science, Mathematics / Statistics, Telecommunications or related
  • Working knowledge of programming environments for data analysis and data processing technologies
  • Deep knowledge of techniques and algorithms for learning and data analysis, including machine learning, statistics and probabilities.
  • Experience in creating technical project documentation and processing the results of research and development works in projects co-financed from public funds.
  • Cooperate efficiently in a team and ability to work independently.
  • Yes, I can! attitude. Own the problem and make your own decisions – take responsibility end to end.
  • Experience in developing software in one of the languages (Python, Java or . Net) and having a working knowledge of formal program verification would be a great addon.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Fully remote)

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who will join our R&D Team developing new features simplifying monitoring and troubleshooting of complex systems.

  • Great salary: 13,500 -17,500 gross (UoP)

Responsibilities: 

  • Helping in building the right solution which meets the clients technical and business requirements.
  • Building a reproducible process of quality analysis that everybody trusts which delivers high-quality software that works as expected on time. 
  • Managing product release cycle and existing QA team – creating and managing the testing process with quality gates. Building a culture of a whole team responsibility for quality.
  • Automating testing process  – creating testing cases and plans, organizing and managing testing infrastructure, implementing end-to-end tests.
  • Proposing and implementing more efficient testing procedure – analyzing tests results, reporting results and working closely with the team on improving the overall quality of the product.
  • Customer’s Advocate and guardian of business value making suggestions for changes and improvements to projects and products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar job with hands-on experience in non-functional testing, API testing, user acceptance testing. 
  • Have a deep understanding of User Experience aspects
  • Have experience in writing automated tests (practical knowledge of at least one automation framework: Cypress, Selenium/Webdriver).
  • Good understanding of CI/CD.
  • Can efficiently and accurately compare and evaluate: best practices, methodologies used in software testing, and tools and technologies used to support manual and automated testing.
  • Cooperate efficiently in a team and ability to work independently.
