RevDeBug is coming to Python: Join Early Access Program

|

By RevDeBug

Over the last months and years, I had talked with the developers trying to deepen my understanding of what they need to make them better at their job. I’m a developer too, and I know how hard it is to deliver high-quality software.

Armed with your feedback and our experience we build RevDeBug – as you probably know, we are changing a more than 30 years-old paradigm of how we deal with software errors. We started a few years ago with .NET and support for Visual Studio. Last year we added support for Java and we published our error monitoring tool you could install on your infrastructure.

Despite the current global situation, we are not stopping nor slowing down. We are constantly investing in development of our error monitoring and recording technology for Java and .NET, but that’s only the beginning. After a few months of work, we are finishing our integration with Python, and we are looking for honest and deep feedback.

From late May, you will be able to:

  • record what code or variables’ values caused errors in Python apps, just as in Java & .NET
  • replay errors from staging and production environments, time travel thru your code, variables just before the crashes (reverse debugging)
  • diagnose root causes of your errors in minutes or even seconds
  • increase quality and availability of your apps

If you would like to become our design partner and shape the bleeding edge of reverse debugging in Python join our Early Access Program:

I will get back to you in the upcoming weeks to give you a chance to play with RevDeBug and gather your feedback.

Many thanks,
Adam
CTO & Co-founder of RevDeBug
